The richness of the information included in 2D chromatograms forbids for the data processing any transposition of the approaches classically used in 1D chromatography.
The approach developed is based on chemometric tools :
- A necessary global comparison of the chromatograms
- Time alignment techniques
- « discriminant pixel » to identify markers.
